Evolt wasn’t born in a boardroom. It was forged in the code. But the real story starts even earlier. The founding team has known each other since 2006, bonded since their university days where they first operated like a SWAT team, self-organising, diving into the hardest problems, and refusing to leave until they cracked them. That mentality never left.
In 2018, they made it official. What had always been a tight-knit group of elite engineers became Evolt, a rebellion against an industry built on smoke and mirrors. The mission was simple: craft software with surgical precision and radical transparency, and never compromise on either.
Founded on the principles of organic growth and technical mastery, Evolt was built by engineers, for engineers. From day one, our CTO and CSO weren’t ivory tower executives. They were trusted advisors a phone call away, just as they’d always been. We grew organically and deliberately, forging genuine connections rather than chasing faceless scale. Each engineer, each line of code, held meaning.
Today, our footprint spans four global hubs. But the soul hasn’t changed. We are still that same group, driven by the same obsession for quality that started in a university corridor two decades ago.

CEO & Co-Founder
Founder of one of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s fastest-growing tech companies, recognized by Deloitte in 2023. A graduate electrical engineer with 20+ years in software development and company management, Edin has worked with Hermes and Raiffeisen Bank. His deep banking background is the foundation of Evolt’s fintech specialisation and its reputation for products that push industry standards.
CTO & Co-Founder
With 25 years of software engineering experience, including roles at Microsoft, API, and Personal, plus his own gaming startups, Vedad brings rare technical depth to Evolt. As CTO, he has been hands-on across every project, with expertise in AI & ML, data pipelines, data lake design, streaming platforms, cryptography, and crypto-analysis.
CSO
A graduate software engineer with 20+ years of experience, 13 in DevOps, Enver has been with Evolt since day one. As CSO, he oversees all projects from an infrastructure perspective and is Evolt’s leading expert in cloud solutions: AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes. Previously worked at Hermes and Personal.
